Captain Stephen Elkins
Captain Steve is local in New Bern in River Bend. He is a 100 ton USCG Captain with extensive captain experience even running offshore vessels. If you haven't met Capt. Steve come by and see our Navy veteran aboard one of our comfortable pontoons!
Deanna Morris
Deanna Morris our Administrative Assistant manages the website and works with Captain Bret on the bookings. She assists at times on cruises as a first mate. She retired after teaching 31 years of K-12 physical education with a coaching and athletic director background. She is currently volunteering with Tabor their therapy dog and helping others becoming totally healthy at www.newhopeoutcomes.com
